Responsibilities

  • Ensures Customer satisfaction through satisfactory service and account retention.
  • Ensures that the work identified in the specifications is performed properly, on time, safely and within the budget.
  • Uses computer products to track work. These products include work tickets, project status reports, hours by employee, product utilization, etc.
  • Conducts training for staff. Ensures that all personnel are properly trained so they can accomplish all assigned duties.
  • Counsel, coach and discipline subordinates, as needed.
  • Maintain supplies by tracking supplies used and ensuring sufficient supplies are labeled correctly and on hand.
  • Inspect supply closet and carts for safety standards.
  • Correct and reviews employee timesheets for accurate timekeeping.
  • Maintains quality control over all work performed by assigned personnel through regular written inspections and positive feedback.
  • Always administer and adhere to Sunshine policies and procedures and customer policies and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and report damaged equipment to Project manager for repair.
  • Completes all work in a professional manner commensurate with industry and safety standards.
  • Other duties, as required.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of directing the activities of custodial personnel.
  • Experience in supervision
  • Ability to interface with customer personnel essential
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Pass criminal background check
