Responsibilities
1. Oversee employee time clock punches and enforce breaks and lunch schedules.
2. Assign and adjust cleaning crew to the proper terminals to meet airport contractual requirements
3. Complete and provide facilty representative with employee roster for the shift.
4. Inspect building with facility representative. Inform Team Leads of unsatisfactory areas to ensure deficiencies are corrected, as needed.
5. Meet daily to discuss ongoing projects, deficiency corrections, daily and weekly task completion, and quality control.
6. Maintain supply inventory and equipment and report damaged equipment to Project Managers for repair.
7. Provide continuous training to all current Team Leads and employees.
8. Enforce employee uniform and ID policies.
9. Counsel and discipline employees, as needed.
10. Reports incidents and accidents in writing to Project Managers.
