Job Skills / Requirements

• Must be able to work 3rd shift.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Restroom cleaning:  Sanitizing using a KiaVac machine.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all types of flooring, including carpet, tile, hardwood, and vinyl.
• Area cleaning: responsible for vacuuming large, carpeted areas, dusting and mopping floors, and cleaning entrance mats. Spot and stain removal, shampooing and extraction.
• Other duties, as required.

• Previous experience in floor care is required.
• Knowledge of various flooring types and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass fingerprinting and criminal background check
