Job Description

SecTek, Inc, is currently looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Our ideal recruiter holds a Human Resources background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

· Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

· Conduct pre-screening interviews.

· Send new hire onboarding packages.

· Reviewing background checks.

· Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.

· Create job description listings.

· Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions.

· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

· Source and recruit candidates by using several different databases.

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

· Coordinate and participate in job fairs.

· Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

· Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

· Promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.

Qualifications

· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

· Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.

· Skills in database management and record keeping.

· Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.

· Ability to travel to recruitment meetings, and career fairs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.

· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

Workdays: Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
