SecTek, Inc.is seeking an Administrative  Assistant for a fast-paced  Department.  This person will perform a wide range duties, supporting the Department and employees. This is an onsite full-time position in Washington, DC. 

Position Requirements

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Department.
  • Maintain personnel files and documents.
  • Answering phones and emails daily.
  • Ensure that all new hires information is accurate.
  • Input and update data into the system.
  • Run reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve when faced with new questions or initiatives.
  • Must act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Experience in identifying, organizing, and filing records.
  • Ability to lift and carry 15 – 25 pounds as needed.
 

Job Type: Full-Time

Workdays: Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
