Overview
Coastal Building Maintenance Vermont is a full-service janitorial and maintenance company.
CBMVT seeks three dedicated individuals to join our expanding team: one Lead Cleaner and two team members. Reporting at 8 a.m. daily, you'll travel to various sites in our company vehicle, delivering exceptional cleaning services. Shifts end by 2:30 p.m., with guaranteed 30 hours per week and potential for up to 40 hours. Lead Cleaner responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating tasks, maintaining high standards, and mentoring team members. Lead Cleaners must have a valid driver's license. Team Members collaborate closely with the Lead Cleaner, demonstrating attention to detail and adhering to protocols. Tasks include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, detailing, and restroom cleaning. Flexibility may be required for occasional Saturday apartment cleans, with schedule adjustments as needed.
