Job Skills / Requirements
Maintenance Technician
Contract Services Group is currently seeking a maintenance worker to fill a position in Laguna Beach, CA. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge and the ability to use standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment utilized in the cleaning industry.
Compensation Range: $18.50 - 19.50 per hour

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician
- Perform light painting duty
- Perform outside custodial duties
- Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties
- Knowledge of electrical repairs
- Minimum knowledge of plumbing
- A/C Certified is a plus or knowledge of A/C
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician
- Minimum 6 months of experience
- Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry
- Must be able to perform physical abilities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
