TITLE:  Employee Relations Manager – Corporate 

CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Exempt 

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

REPORTS TO: VP HR – Corp Office

COMPENSATION: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 Salary

Position Summary: 

Focus on making the company a better place for Team Members. Responsible for building positive relationships with Team Members, to help improve employee satisfaction, increase retention and productivity while promoting CSG standards and culture.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Investigate workplace concerns, in a fair, impartial, factual and non-biased manner;
·         Develop action plans and provide interventions as necessary; 
·         Addressing complaints from Team Members; 
·         Work with CSG Management to identify opportunities to proactively address common employee relations issues;
·         Provide guidance and coaching to management to address employee behavior and performance areas;
·         Oversee the use of effective documentation techniques and maintain accurate 
confidential records regarding all reported matters and fact-finding documentation
·         Proficiency with Core Values;
·         Build positive relationships with HR representatives from our contracts;
·         Maintain and improve all Team Member recognition programs;
·         Visit locations with over a headcount of over 25 Team Members across all regions;
·         Conduct Exit Interviews and gather information to improve retention;
·         Participation in any required meetings;

Knowledge/Critical Skills:

·         3-5 years of experience in Human Resources – employee relations preferred 
·         Strong understanding of labor and employment law and employee relations 
·         Exceptional interpersonal skills 
·         Natural problem-solving ability to improve situations for Team Members  
·         Good team-management abilities;
·         Conflict resolution skills 
·         Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities; 
·         Excellent communication and organizational skills required;
·         Bilingual required
·         Must possess a California Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to Company risk management and its insurance underwriters
