Competencias Laborales / Requisitos
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of cleaning services in a single or group of accounts.
- Performs customer services duties, and handles all client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met.
- Corrects deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary.
- Applies all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge of janitorial operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish is a must.
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates and management of all levels within the organization.
- Must be responsible and have the ability to motivate workers.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Physical Demands:
Up to 100% walking and standing. Constant pushing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching forward.
