Job Skills / Requirements

We are actively recruiting for a floor care specialist. This person will report directly to the floorcare manager. The responsibilities include using using a ride-on floor cleaner. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. We would like someone who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills. 

This position will require the use of: carpet extractors, buffers, burnishers, floor strippers, waxers, floor scrubbers, etc...

Requirements of the Floorcare Specialist:

  • have some degree of flexibility in their schedule as some projects have different timelines
  • be available some weekends
  • have a positive attitude
  • have strong work ethic
  • have a VALID US drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting
  • Experience in Floorcare strongly preferred.

This is a full-time position, and requires flexibility in scheduling.
