Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

Requirements of On-Call Morning Custodian/Janitor: 

• No Experience, No Problem!
• Effectively communicate with manager and other staff regarding issues and supply needs
• Customer facing role - Must have a pleasant personality
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
• Must be able to pass a background check & fingerprints

Role of On-Call Morning Custodian/Janitor: 

• Maintaining the cleanliness of buildings
• Cleaning, stocking and sanitizing restrooms
• Disposing of trash & recycling
• Mopping & sweeping floors
• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Windows and glass cleaning
• Inventory management of supplies

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions.  

Shift: 8:00am to 12:00pm (Monday - Friday) - This is On-Call as needed role. No guarantee of hours every morning. Great opportunity for extra income for the right candidate!
