Job Skills / Requirements

What You’ll Do 

 

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to): 

  • Account Management - manage contract and customer relationship 
  • Personnel Management - take great care of employees 
  • Business Management - manage financial goals and company objectives of the region 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Required: 
  • 3+ years' experience managing teams 
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills 
  • Skill and knowledge to identify and prioritize operational problem areas and the ability to solve problems and execute policies and procedures through the supervisory staff. 
  • Ability to lift and carry thirty pounds and perform the custodial supervisor’s or custodian’s work.
