Job Skills / Requirements
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):
- Account Management - manage contract and customer relationship
- Personnel Management - take great care of employees
- Business Management - manage financial goals and company objectives of the region
Qualifications
- Required:
- 3+ years' experience managing teams
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Skill and knowledge to identify and prioritize operational problem areas and the ability to solve problems and execute policies and procedures through the supervisory staff.
- Ability to lift and carry thirty pounds and perform the custodial supervisor’s or custodian’s work.
