Overview

West Michigan Janitorial provides industry-leading janitorial service to businesses in West Michigan. We employ nearly 400 Custodians and Janitors for positions cleaning in commercial/school environments. 

We are looking for an Equipment Manager

 

 

Responsibilities of the Equipment Manager: 

  • Maintain Company vehicle fleet
  • Travel to customer locations and perform routine preventitive maintenance on equipment
  • Repair equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, etc...)

 

 

 

 
 

 

Job Skills / Requirements

Requirements of Custodian/Janitor:

  • Small equipment repair experience strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
  • Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting required- MUST BE Misdemeanor AND Felony free
  • Valid Michigan Driver's license & Clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen

Compensation for Custodian/Janitor position:

$18.00 +/per hour, Depending on experience

Shifts available: Evenings; Full-time

Monday-Friday (No Weekends!)

2-10:30PM pm
