Job Skills / Requirements
We are actively recruiting for a Floor Care Specialist. This person will report directly to the Floorcare Manager. The responsibilities include using using a ride-on floor cleaner. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. We would like someone who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills.
This position will require the use of: carpet extractors, buffers, burnishers, floor strippers, wax, floor scrubbers, etc...
Requirements of the Floorcare Specialist:
- Have some degree of flexibility in their schedule as some projects have different timelines
- Be available some weekends
- Have a positive attitude
- Have strong work ethic
- Have a VALID US drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience in Floorcare strongly preferred.

This is a full-time position, and requires flexibility in scheduling.
