Job Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities of School Custodian/Janitor:

• Clean and restock restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles
• Wipe down hard surfaces
• Sweep, mop floors
• Clean interior windows/doors

Requirements of School Custodian/Janitor:

• No Experience, No Problem!
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
• Must be reliable!
• Customer facing, must have a positive customer service temperament
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK & Fingerprinting

Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions. 

Shift available: 12:00pm to 4:00pm (Monday through Friday)

**This is an on-call Day Porter opportunity. Hours are not guaranteed every day.
