Competencias Laborales / Requisitos
Holland Building Services is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Crew Leader to join our team.
$15 per hour. 32 hours a week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday with a Start Time of 4:00 PM.
The most competitive applicants will have past experience as a crew leader with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
The Crew Leader is responsible for but not limited to the following:
Monitoring the work performance of employees
Ensure company standards are met in compliance with janitorial operations
Training new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper cleaning methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations.
Perform quality control inspections at the end of shift
Become familiar with company policies and procedures
To be effective, this position requires:
Multi-tasking ability
Organizational skills
Be attentive to details
Requirements:
Must pass company background check
