Job Skills / Requirements
Holland Building Services is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Crew Leader/Assistant Crew Leader to join our team.
32 hours per week at $16.25 per hour. Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday at 40 hours per week, both with a Start Time of 8:00 AM.
The most competitive applicants will have past experience as a crew leader with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
The Crew Leader is responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Monitoring the work performance of employees
- Ensure company standards are met in compliance with janitorial operations
- Training new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper cleaning methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations.
- Correspond with customers and address areas of concern
- Perform quality control inspections at the end of shift
- Become familiar with company policies and procedures
To be considered:
- Must pass company paid background check
- Must have a VAILD DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to wear composite toed or steel toed shoes. (company reimburse for these special shoes.)
