Job Skills / Requirements
This position involves driving a company vehicle, and candidates must have a valid driver's and be able to maintain a clean driving record, and undergoing a drug screening. If you meet this criteria, we would love for you to apply!
Holland Building Services is actively seeking EXPERIENCED Full-Time Crew Members for floor cleaning and minor janitorial tasks.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift, from 5pm to 1am. The pay rate is $18.20 per hour, with a potential raise after certifications met and a 90 day increase is included.
Ideal Candidates Should:
- Be self-driven.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Be comfortable with traveling to various job locations every night.
Experience Includes:
- Operating floor scrubbers.
- Using buffers.
- Stripping and waxing floors.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
Eligibility Criteria: To maintain our high standards, Holland Building Services requires candidates to:
- Have prior experience in floor maintenance within a janitorial role.
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Undergo and pass a drug screening.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
