Midwest Alarm Services, a leader in Life Safety Solutions in the Midwest is looking to grow our Warehouse team!
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for working with the Warehouse manager in warehouse and inventory maintenance, and for the control and coordination of parts for Midwest Alarm projects and service on a daily basis.

What you’ll be Doing:
- Receive parts through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Speedy Delivery.
- Place received parts withing warehouse stock.
- Stage parts for projects and service calls.
- Ship parts as required for projects and service calls.
- Assist with quarterly inventories.
- Keep daily record of shipping costs.
- File documents as required for auditing purposes.
- Deliver parts when necessary.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous inventory experience/training preferred
- Stand-up forklift experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Be quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to customer service skills.
- Be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
