Job Skills / Requirements

Technical Environmental Services is seeking candidates for a temporary position in support of environmental projects in the Port Arthur, TX area. The function of the job is to perform duties related to asbestos inspections/surveys. This role will be the lead field inspector on the team. 

The ideal candidate will have:

1.3-5 years of experience conducting asbestos inspections (preferred);

2.Effective communicate and lead a team (required);

3.Trustworthy and dependable (required);

4.Reliable transportation (required);

5.Ability to read floor plans/maps (required);

6.Ability to legibly complete chains of custody and field notes (required);

7.Ability to climb up to 200 ft. (required); and,

8.Ability to lift 50 lb. containers (required).

Texas asbestos inspector accreditation is required. Texas asbestos inspector license is a plus (but not required).
