Job Skills / Requirements

Technical Environmental Services has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Environmental Division. This position will assist with day-to-day operations of the Environmental Division.  The ideal candidate will be professional, highly organized, and have a strong work ethic.
Job Duties:
  • Perform data entry in various online dashboards.
  • Assist with scheduling technicians and monthly training events.
  • Assist with the onboarding, staffing, and training of new employees. 
  • Provide monthly inventory of media and equipment.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Must be proficient in MS WORD and EXCEL.
  • Must have reliable transporation.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Must be detail oriented.


This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.
