Position Details:

• Position Title – FT Facilities Operations Specialist
• Hours – 40 hours per week
• General Location – Lowcountry Area         
• Compensation – $20.00 per hour
• Facility Location: Lowcountry, SC
• Facility type: Office, Medical, Industrial Buildings
• Shift: Monday-Friday Flexible 1:00PM-10:00PM

General Duties: 

• Management/Leadership Experience
• Pressure Washing (training provided)
• Pallet Removal
• Floor Maintenance (training provided)
• Glass Cleaning
• Inventory Management
• Day Porter Coverage: Fill in when employees cannot make it to work by performing duties such as Vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties. 

Requirements:

• Personal cell phone
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check. We background check ALL potential employees.
• Lift 35 lbs, carry full trash bags, operate and lift janitorial equipment, lift and stock janitorial supplies.
• Speak, read and write English
• Standing, Walking, and Bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, customer service-oriented, friendly, professional, and a team player.
