Position Title: Front Desk / Janitorial Support Associate (Bilingual Required)

Schedule:Full-TimeMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual individual to support daily front desk operations and facility maintenance services. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, tenants, and visitors. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a professional office setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner
• Serve coffee and maintain hospitality areas stocked, clean, and presentable
• Inspect and service restrooms throughout the day, including:
• • Cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters, and ledges
  • Emptying trash receptacles
  • Restocking paper products and refilling soap and hygiene dispensers
• Patrol and maintain cleanliness of elevators, elevator lobbies, building lobbies, hallways, and common areas
• Clean interior and exterior entrance glass doors, frames, and sidelights
• Police and maintain exterior grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, and building entrances, including tree grates and cigarette receptacles
• Empty and damp wipe lobby trash receptacles and exterior waste containers as needed
• Clean and disinfect break rooms, pantry areas, and vending spaces, including:
• • Counters, tables, sinks, cabinet fronts, and trash can exteriors
  • Coffee machines and ice machines
• Maintain and update janitorial daily sign-in sheets located in designated janitor closets
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces including:
• • Door handles
  • Handrails
  • Escalator rails (where applicable)
  • Staircase rails
• Clean and disinfect eating areas, restroom fixtures, dispensers, and common area furniture including plastic and leather surfaces
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or safety hazards to management promptly

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Previous janitorial, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
• Professional communication and customer service skills required
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
• Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain consistent attendance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Business casual attire required at all times during working hours

Work Environment:This position works in office buildings and common areas requiring routine walking, cleaning, disinfecting, and interaction with clients and visitors throughout the day.
