Job Duties of Public Relation Specialist
• Create and project the positive corporate image of a company between customers and the company.
• Promote and maintain positive public awareness of the company.
• Maintain working relationship with about 50 customers and their accounts.
• Build professional and personal network of about 50 current customers, and using their network to get more potential customers.
• Build companies’ business images and reputation by creating companies’ logo and websites Promote companies’ reputations via online through social media such as Facebook page, Instagram, and Google business places.
• Update and maintain companies’ website and social media postings to make company more attractive and visible online.
• Maintain about 50 customers account with the company by: 1. Prompting answering the questions through the phone and emails from customers 2. Settles complaints and conflicts from customers 3. Keeping databases of each complain call and the email daily. 4. Doing site-visits (follow-up) for customers 5. Informing the other employees with any urgent calls from customer to fill customers’ needs
