Legacy Cleaning was founded in 2019 and has established itself as a premium janitorial company in the Twin Cities and Mankato markets. In June of 2021, Brian Comiskey took over as the new owner of the company, Tidy Clean, in Mankato. Brian's vision is to provide top notch customer service and quality to our clients. Client base varies from healthcare, industrial and Class A office space. We are happy to serve 40 team members and their families!

Legacy Cleaning is looking for a committed, detail oriented Full-Time Director of Operations to join our team. We are committed to making our clients look good and providing peace of mind. If you take pride in quality and dependability, we are interested in talking with you. This position is responsible for overseeing all operations in Minnesota.  Responsibilities include, overseeing managers, managing clients and vendors, financial reporting on company performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Clear background check.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Very Dependable.
• Attention to detail.
• Follow directions - written and verbal.
• Leadership and Communication Skills
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Experience in Janitorial a plus

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week

COMPENSATION:

• $80,000-90,000/year
• Paid biweekly.
