Regional Manager / Theaters

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of the assigned region for our commercial cleaning company. This role will involve developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing teams, and identifying growth opportunities within the region. The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong track record of successfully managing commercial cleaning operations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial cleaning locations within the assigned region, ensuring that all locations consistently meet or exceed company standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

2. Develop and implement new sales strategies to drive region-wide growth, identify potential clients, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.

3. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of site managers and cleaning staff, providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of employee engagement.

4. Evaluate and manage staffing needs within the region, coordinating with Human Resources to recruit, hire, train and retain top talent for managerial and cleaning staff positions.

5. Perform regular site visits to review operations, inspect cleanliness standards, and address client concerns or feedback.

6. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively seeking feedback and acting as the primary point of contact for any questions or issues that may arise.

7. Monitor and manage financial performance for the region, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation, ensuring adherence to company financial targets.

8. Collaborate with other regional and executive management team members to share best practices, contribute to company-wide initiatives, and continuously improve overall operational efficiency.

9. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to commercial cleaning, waste disposal, and safe working practices within the assigned region.

10. Remain current on industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and market competition in order to make informed decisions related to operations and business development.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing commercial cleaning operations.

2. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously.

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with a client-driven mindset.

4. Strong understanding of financial management principles and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.

5. Proven sales and business development experience in the commercial cleaning industry.

6. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to commercial cleaning and waste disposal.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in addressing challenges and finding solutions.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
