Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

• Traveling to theaters in assigned areas to perform physical inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Keeping time and attendance records of staff.
• Prepare written disciplinary actions, memos, and employee performance appraisals.
• Reviews all areas of theaters, including lobbies, game rooms, hallways, restrooms, auditoriums and concession areas, stairwells, and tenant locations for cleanliness and unusual activity.
• Checks equipment for the proper working condition.
• Respond to requests of Regional Leaders.

• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Train others to properly use and care for vacuum cleaners, floor buffing machines, mop wringers, mops, brushes, cleaning fluids, and other materials and equipment related to the custodial care of buildings.
• Hazards and safety methods related to custodial operations.
• Perform physical inventory of equipment and supplies.
• High focus with coordination, organization and planning
