We are looking for a Janitorial worker that can help us provide quality janitorial services as well as be a manager to our different accounts in the Ogden and Layton Areas (Different Clinics)

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, garbage removal, floor scrubbing, dusting, mopping, restocking supplies, etc.

This is a Full time postition, schedule and resposibilites will be discussed in more detail during interviews

Pay: 45k-50k Yearly

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff
  • Manage daily schedules, including lunches and breaks
  • Interview and train new staff
  • Keep track of inventory needs
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including payroll
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have Janitorial or Previous cleaning experience
  • Human resources or management experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Basic computer and smart phone proficiency

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Must be proficient in English & Spanish
  • Must pass a background check

This job reports to the Regional Manager

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends, Summers.

Travel is required frequently
