We provide general detailed cleaning for new residential and commercial facilities from top to bottom and are currently looking to hire  Supervisors to join our Construction Cleaning Team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for a team of 3 – 10 people depending on the project needs.

· Prepare supplies and equipment each morning for their assigned job

· Transport your team members to and from the work sites

· You will be required to keep your team on task and complete daily goals consistently

· Quality assurance of all areas

· Assist the team with all necessary cleaning tasks if needed

· Communicate daily with site superintendents regarding scope of work and site goals

· Prepare daily job progress reports

· Maintain cleaning tools and equipment inventory

· Communicate all site issues and updates

· Offer solutions when complaints or pain points are identified

· Represent Simply Right

· Keep track of your driven miles

· Must have a valid driving license

· Must have a clean driving record

· Must have cleaning experience

· Must have personnel management experience

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, (Full-Time)

Brindamos limpieza general detallada para nuevas instalaciones residenciales y comerciales de arriba a abajo y actualmente estamos buscando contratar a 1 supervisor más para unirse a nuestro equipo de limpieza de construcción. Como supervisor, será responsable de un equipo de 3 a 10 personas según las necesidades del proyecto. Deberes / responsabilidades laborales: · Preparar suministros y equipos cada mañana para su trabajo asignado · Transportar a los miembros de su equipo hacia y desde los lugares de trabajo · Se le pedirá que mantenga a su equipo concentrado en la tarea y complete los objetivos diarios de manera constante · Garantía de calidad de todas las áreas · Ayudar al equipo con todas las tareas de limpieza necesarias si es necesario · Comunicarse diariamente con los superintendentes del sitio con respecto al alcance del trabajo y las metas del sitio · Preparar informes diarios de progreso del trabajo · Mantener el inventario de herramientas y equipos de limpieza · Comunicar todos los problemas y actualizaciones del sitio · Ofrecer soluciones cuando se identifiquen quejas o puntos débiles · Representar simplemente a la derecha · Lleve un registro de sus millas recorridas Requisitos: · Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida · Debe tener un historial de manejo limpio · Debe tener experiencia en limpieza · Debe tener experiencia en manejo de personal Educación: Debe ser competente en inglés y español.
