Kaiser San Diego is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an 8-week contract.

Medical Office location: Viewridge Medical Office Building.

Shift: 8hr days. 8am-430pm Mon-Friday.

Required Certs: BLS, ACLS

Pay: 68.00hr

Details: 8 weeks assignment w/ possibility to extend

Mandatory Requirements: California Registered (RN) license, AHA BLS certification.

Experience requirement: Minimum 1-2 years of recent RN experience in an ambulatory/outpatient, clinic, specialty, urgent care, emergency department, or related clinical setting. Demonstrated experience with patient assessment, care coordination, patient education, and documentation in an electronic health record, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced outpatient environment, demonstrated proficiency in administering immunizations and other injectable medications, Experience initiating and managing peripheral IV lines, including venipuncture and IV medication administration. Primary Assignment Duties: Providing indirect patient care through cardiology provider message management and telephone triage, immunizations, peripheral IV starts and PIV medication administration.
