Prosegur is now hiring a Regional Human Resources Manager in the Atlanta, GA area to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated HR Professional who wants to join a company that is expanding rapidly across the Nation. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding as well as proactively jump in and assist with recruiting, Hiring Events, as assigned or self-initiated.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research keeps the strategy up to date to share with General Managers, HRBPs, and the SVP.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to a resolution.
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to HRBP's/GMs and the SVP.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Partner with the SVP and Human Resources Director, Field Operations to align in best practices.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience, with field HR Manager experience supporting an operating business unit.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Security Industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in multi-unit environments with large hourly populations preferably in the security industry a plus.
  • Demonstrated excellence in the key responsibilities listed above in this job posting.
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues.
  • Experience with contesting unemployment claims.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Profit & loss: 3 years (Required)
  • Security Management: 3 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person at the Atlanta Branch location.
