Prosegur is now hiring a Regional Human Resources Manager in the Atlanta, GA area to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated HR Professional who wants to join a company that is expanding rapidly across the Nation. Responsibilities:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding as well as proactively jump in and assist with recruiting, Hiring Events, as assigned or self-initiated.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research keeps the strategy up to date to share with General Managers, HRBPs, and the SVP.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to a resolution.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to HRBP's/GMs and the SVP.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Partner with the SVP and Human Resources Director, Field Operations to align in best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience, with field HR Manager experience supporting an operating business unit.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Security Industry experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or SHRM certification preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in multi-unit environments with large hourly populations preferably in the security industry a plus.
- Demonstrated excellence in the key responsibilities listed above in this job posting.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Experience with contesting unemployment claims.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education:

Work Location: In person at the Atlanta Branch location.
