Site Security Supervisor Needed in Little Rock, AR

We are currently seeking Security Officers to join our team in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen, and have a neat appearance. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background investigation, have reliable transportation and phone, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. *Previous Truck gate experience needed.

Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while managing a team of security personnel.

Duties:

- Make emergency notification as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

- Provide directions and instructions to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties

- Ensuring quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance assigned to his/her shift

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

- On-call 24/7 (available for weekends shifts)

- Pay is at $16/hour

- Truck Gate experience


Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Neat appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Pass a background investigation
  • Have reliable transportation and smartphone
  • Professional demeanor
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Driver's License
