Overview

Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional BSIS-certified Security Officers to join our team.

 

Job Skills / Requirements

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Conduct routine access patrols to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the construction site.
  • Verify identification and credentials of individuals seeking access.
  • Monitor access points and enforce site-specific security protocols.
Site Walks:

  • Perform regular walks around the site to detect and address any security concerns.
  • Inspect fencing, gates, and other physical barriers to identify vulnerabilities or damage.
  • Collaborate with the site management to address security issues promptly.
  • Checkpoint Detection System:
  • Utilize a detection system at all designated checkpoints, including parking entrances and mission-critical areas.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the detection equipment and promptly report any malfunctions.
Observation and Reporting:

  • Maintain constant vigilance and attentiveness to observe and report any suspicious activities or individuals.
  • Document and report incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with the central security control room and other relevant personnel.
Patrolling:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the construction site, paying special attention to high-risk areas.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to coordinate patrolling efforts and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Respond promptly to alarms or distress calls and take appropriate action.
  • Emergency Response:
  • Assist in emergency situations, including fire drills, evacuations, and other safety-related incidents.
  • Follow established emergency response procedures and protocols.
 
Pay range: $16.50 - $18.50

Job Offers and Contingencies

Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded.
