Overview
Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional Supervisor for our Palmdale account.

Review:
· Ensure Officers on post are familiar with Post Orders and client needs.
· Organizes Officers rotations and breaks as needed.
· Assist Operations in providing names of qualified officers for scheduling.
· Process Quality Assurance Tags, Checks uniforms, Officers personal safety equipment and Officer Daily activity reports.
· Mentor, discipline, and train Security Officers.
· Collect sign in sheets and Daily Activity Reports as needed.
· Download Security Officer Touring information and review before turning into management.
· Assist Officers in communications with Management and/or office staff.
· Document all daily occurrences within the security field.
· Conduct routine patrols of all assigned areas.
· Report and assist in repairing faulty equipment / vehicles.
· Ensure officers are in possession of proper credentials while on shift.
· Assist in upkeep of vehicles.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of prior field supervision. Active Guard card.
Driving History: Must Pass Driving Compliance to Drive Vehicles in Fleet:

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/ G.E.D., or equivalent experience will be considered.

This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, Weekends.
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required
