Northeast security is seeking an Account Experience Second shift Manager for one of our premiere Accounts in the area of Boston, MA

**Must be available to be on call 24/7. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually**

Salary:           $85,000 per year
Schedule:    Tuesday through Saturday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Education Requirements:

•             High School Diploma Required

•             College Degree in Business or Criminal Justice Preferred

EXPERIENCE:

•             3-5 Years of Security Management Experience

•             3-5 Years of Military or Law Enforcement Experience

•             1-3 Years of Personnel Administration and Management Experience

•             1-3 Years of Systems Administration and Program Management Experience

•             1-3 Years of CCTV and access control systems user knowledge

•             1-3 Years of Field training of security personnel

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/AFFILIATION:

•             Massachusetts Drivers License of three years or more (With a clean driving record)

•             CPR/FA/AED

Security Account Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The individual must be able to write routine reports and correspondence such as Performance Evaluations, Employee Performance Reports, Inspection and Training Forms, and correspondence directed at external and internal elements of the account,
• Enforcing company policy, Safety, Rules, Operating and Maintenance instructions and procedural manuals relative to the client and Northeast Security
• Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
• Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
• Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
• Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations. 
• Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field.
• Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually.
