Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

As a Courtesy Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for securing client locations in San Diego County. This position consists of our guards patrolling any of our 13 high end condo complexes. Your duties will include responding to dispatches of noise disturbances, trespassers, etc. Completing DARS and incident reports in cell phone app will be a part of your daily operational standards. In addition, you may be responsible for securing gate closures, lockups and openings.

Job Requirements:
  • MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE BSIS GUARD CARD
  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING HISTORY
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  • MUST HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
  • MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND RANDOM DRUG TESTS
  • MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
  • FAIR HOUSING TRAINING PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
