Competencias Laborales / Requisitos
As a dispatcher, you will be entrusted with maintaining open lines of communication in high call volume environment. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to data entry, coordinating courtesy patrol response to resident/client requests, and providing customer service to employees and contractors. Your core skills and prior experience in a high call volume environment will contribute to your daily tasks.
Dispatch Officers for Gardens Communities serve as Gardens Communities Dispatchers. Dispatchers are expected to utilize Gardens Communities Dispatch center to facilitate responses to Gardens tasks (i.e disseminating tasks to Gardens Communities Courtesy Patrol Officers, call-taking from Gardens Communities residents, etc.) Dispatchers are responsible for maintaining communication with Gardens Communities Courtesy Patrol Officers and providing response to security task requests
Dispatch Officers for Gardens Communities serve as Gardens Communities Dispatchers. Required Qualifications:
- Multi-tasking
- Efficiency with Microsoft office
- Scheduling
- Security experience is a plus
- Data entry
- High call volume experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve
- Previous dispatch experience
- Call center experience a plus
