We are looking for a driven, people-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role is an opportunity to represent a 100+ year old, family-owned company that's trusted across the dental industry worldwide. You'll have the freedom to grow your territory, the support of a collaborative team, and the chance to make a real impact on the businesses you partner with. This role includes a base salary and commission plan.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your territory and exceed goals.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with dealers, dental labs, clinics, and purchasing groups.
- Partner with dealers on growth plans, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Provide product education and training to business partners in the territory.
- Represent Whip Mix at trade shows and industry events.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor of Science degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- Prior dental or medical sales experience with the ability to apply dental industry terminology, product application, and workflows is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use strong communication & negotiation skills for product demos, sales presentations, customer inquiries, and strategy discussions.
- Strong analytical skills to develop pricing packages and troubleshoot customer problems.
- Ability to apply skills such as forecasting and marketing techniques to position and promote products.
- Ability to travel by car and plane as needed.
