Job Skills / Requirements

We are looking for a Receiving/Stock Clerk who can own incoming materials, inventory flow, and warehouse organization from dock to production floor. 

  

What you'll be doing: 

  

  • Receive, verify, and put away incoming materials accurately and safely
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • Pull, stage, and deliver inventory using FIFO and manufacturing pick lists
  • Process inventory movements and transactions in our ERP system
  • Prepare materials for production, lab, engineering, sales, and shipping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Prep outbound shipments (domestic & export), including labeling, documentation, and HAZMAT requirements
  • Follow ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards to the letter

What you'll bring to the table:  

  

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
  • Forklift or material-handling experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in an ERP system
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely
  • Team-oriented mindset with pride in accuracy and organization

Education Requirements (All)

HS Diploma or GED
