Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing new products, improving existing manufacturing processes, and support the production of high quality products used around the world.
What you'll be doing:
- Design prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and production components using SolidWorks
- Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Partner with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
- Conduct process validations, analyze results, and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing routings within our ERP system
- Support new product introductions from concept through production
- Investigate production issues and develop practical, long-term solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable impact across the organization
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Approximately 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, BOMs, and manufacturing routings
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality systems such as ISO 13485 and GMP is a plus
- Strong communication and project management skills
