Duties and Responsibilities
· Participates in field operations at both Drinking Water Treatment (DWT) facilities
· Assists in collecting/analyzing process samples with water professionals
· Supports day to day administrative/organizational functions for the DWT department, including the Advanced Oxidation Pretreatment, Operations, and Residuals facilities
· Performs comparative research on efficiency of current operational/scientific treatment strategies versus other potential practices for process optimization
· Accomplishes data entry and assists in development of Asset Management Program, for more effective Depreciation Budgeting strategies
Requirements
· Pursuing an undergrad in Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Bio-Systems Engineering, or relatable subject
· Basic computer skills
· Experience with Excel
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work out-of-doors and also inside a laboratory with equal enthusiasm
