Summary:
Verify, obtain approvals, and pay all invoices from vendors and associates in a timely, accurate manner by accounting policies by accounting policies and procedures.

- It's crucial to verify that purchasing procedures are followed, such as comparing purchase order price to invoice price and purchase order quantity to invoice quantity and ensuring the validity of the purchase order number. This includes maintaining an accurate, up-to-date Purchase Order Log, a key aspect of our organization.
- Ensuring accurate account coding and timely return of all invoices is a vital part of our commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
- Submit all approved invoices for payment
- Handle all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain open invoices file, paid invoices file, and voided check file in an organized and up-to-date manner.
- Assist in reconciling open account status items.
- Perform other duties as needed by the supervisor.
- Ordering all supplies both for external and internal needs
- Receive and code supply orders once a week
- Inventory of all machines and supplies on regular intervals
- Serve as the company safety officer and order / maintain safety supplies
- Assign equipment / prepare cell phones and assign alarm codes.
- Complete administrative duties for the President as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
