Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently seeking a Temporary Entry Level Recruiter to assist with recruiting job candidates and conducting new employee orientations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. We are looking for confident, and committed team members with an ability to multi-task and successfully juggle priorities. A PJS Recruiter is primarily responsible for recruitment and job placement of entry level part time office cleaners throughout Austin. Work schedule is 11am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Assignment will be through at least January 2021 and based out of our north office (78758).   

Duties Include but are not limited to:
*Build a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain relationships with candidates and contacts.
*Screens applicants, schedule and conduct interviews.
*Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires.
*Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
*Must be authorized to work in the United States.
*Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
*Experience with applicant tracking software preferred, but not required.
*Strong work ethic – punctual and dependable
*Stellar verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
*Enthusiastic ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
*Must have an ability to work with minimal immediate supervision.
*Proven understanding of cost-effective recruiting strategies.
*Experience with and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
*Must have a "go getter", or sales type of personality.
*Looking for candidates who are willing to go above and beyond what is required of them.
*Must be innovative to ensure positions are filled quickly when assistance is required
*Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
*Sales experience preferred but not required.
