At PJS of Texas, our people are our most important resource. We’re looking for a highly motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to become one of them. Their primary responsibility is to strategically and effectively help us fulfill our company’s hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, sourcing, and hiring practices.  Recruiter duties and responsibilities

  • Use multi-channel approach to recruit including job board and social media platforms
  • Completes entire on-boarding process including: identify and sort qualified candidates, prescreen and interview applicants, schedule interviews, track applicants, send offer letters process new hire paperwork, confirm training dates/new hire attendance and process resignations/terminations 
  • Assist with coordinating job fairs throughout the city
  • Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations
  • Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Must be available for recruiting event one night a week

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish – read & write
  • Demonstrate successful previous recruiting experience, at least 1-2 years
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional people skills being able to chat with everyone from diverse walks of life
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
  • Familiarity with job boards, ATS and HRIS software, databases, and management systems -WinTeam and Kwantek preferred
  • Must have an ability to work with minimal immediate supervision
  • This position reports to the Operations Manager
