Part-time Personal Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a strong background in both administrative support and digital media. The ideal candidate will be an expert with Google's suite of products and have hands-on experience managing social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel using Google Calendar and other applications.
- Draft, format, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Handle all email correspondence and manage contacts in Gmail.
- Develop and publish content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.
- Provide support on various personal errands and tasks as needed.
Education Requirements (All)
High School
Bachelor's Degree
