Job Skills / Requirements
Prosegur is seeking an experienced individual to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position responsible for supporting the design, integration, implementation, and optimization of complex physical security and software-based solutions.
This person will serve as a key technical liaison between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, project management, vendors, and other cross-functional partners. This role will translate business and operational needs into technical requirements and scalable system solutions while supporting projects throughout the complete solution lifecycle.
The successful candidate will bring experience in systems engineering, physical security technologies, software solutions, requirements gathering and management, master data management, business process improvement, and customer-facing solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and system requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support the integration, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of physical security and software-based systems.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing technologies, systems, and business processes to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, optimization, and continuous improvement through the use of AI.
- Coordinate with project managers, software teams, technicians, vendors, operations teams, and business stakeholders to support successful project execution and solution delivery.
- Support integrations between physical security platforms, monitoring solutions, enterprise applications, databases, networks, and other technology systems.
- Participate in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Evaluate technologies, products, platforms, and vendors to determine suitability for business and customer requirements.
- Partner with business development and customer-facing teams to identify technical requirements and develop effective solution strategies.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, design reviews, and proposal development.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, operational efficiency, service quality, and the overall customer experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and ongoing operation of integrated security and monitoring solutions including IMMIX and NICE.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in solutions engineering, systems integration, software systems, physical security technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and business requirements.
- Experience designing, integrating, implementing, or supporting technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments, including software applications, databases, networking, and systems integration.
- Understanding of physical security systems and integrated security technology environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate business and operational requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work full-time and in person at Prosegur’s Lowell, Massachusetts location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, video management systems (VMS), intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, identity management, and integrated security management platforms.
- Familiarity with Immix, NICE, and Pinnacle platforms and their use within security, monitoring, or integrated technology environments.
- Experience with security operations center (SOC) or central monitoring technologies and workflows.
- Experience with business process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting business development, solution engineering, technical proposals, customer presentations, or demonstrations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications, APIs, system interfaces, and modern enterprise technology architectures.
- Relevant physical security, networking, systems engineering, or information technology certifications are a plus.
