Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Security Operations Manager to lead daily security operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a background in security, military, or law enforcement and proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. They excel at balancing operational efficiency with exceptional customer service, ensuring proper staffing, compliance, and high-quality service while building strong client and employee relationships.

They thrive in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and are committed to developing high-performing teams, responding to operational challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage long-term scheduling and staffing for assigned client locations
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, security personnel, and leadership
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and post orders
• Supervise Security Officers, Site Supervisors, and Field Supervisors
• Monitor staffing levels, overtime, attendance, and employee performance
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation of new hires
• Ensure timely response to client concerns and operational issues
• Implement corrective action plans and assist with investigations when needed
• Maintain accurate operational reports, payroll adjustments, and scheduling records
• Ensure all assigned personnel maintain required licenses and certifications
• Support emergency response operations and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Utilize operational platforms such as WinTeam, Lighthouse, EHub, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Prior security industry, military, or law enforcement experience is REQUIRED
• 3–5 years of management experience in a fast-paced service environment REQUIRED
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills REQUIRED
• Experience with scheduling, employee supervision, and operational management REQUIRED
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling/payroll systems REQUIRED
• Must have valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
• Valid Security Guard License required where applicable

WORK ENVORONMENT & SCHEDULE:

• Full-time position
• Combination of office, field, and client-site work
• Weekly site visits required
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, emergencies, and occasional overnight shifts
• Remote work is not permitted without approval

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various environments

COMPENSATION:
