Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: 20-40 Hours per week 9am-completion Monday-Friday

$22.00/hour

Overtime will be rare

Requirements:

-Valid TX DL with clean driving record (No CDL required)

-Over 21 years old

-Blackout days/holidays during M-F are mandatory.

-Some mechanical knowledge

Duties Include:

-Ability to multitask and document daily completed activities; ability to navigate 2-3 apps for that purpose.

-Minor mechanical ability, such as changing tires and lightbulbs, refilling windshield wiper fluid and blades.

-Willing to clean vehicles inside and out

-Maintain a fleet of ~20 vehicles but mostly running vehicles to shops for anything above oil changes.

-Self starter; able to forecast things that need to be done throughout the week so things don't pile up. Things should be clean and taken care of before Friday end.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned buildings, parking lots, and property.

• Monitor entrances and exits and verify visitor authorization.

• Observe and report suspicious activity.

• Enforce site rules and access-control procedures.

• Respond to disturbances and emergencies according to training and company policy.

• Prepare accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.

• Assist visitors, employees, and customers professionally.

• Communicate security concerns to supervisors and emergency responders when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet applicable Texas eligibility and licensing requirements for the position.

• Level II training and registration requirements apply to noncommissioned security officers.

• Armed positions require the appropriate Texas commissioned security officer credentials.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete written reports.

• Reliable attendance and professional conduct.

• Must successfully complete the employer's applicable background screening.

• Previous security experience preferred but not required for all assignments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors, depending on the assignment.

• Ability to remain alert throughout the assigned shift.
