Position: Mobile Zone Supervisor 

City: Windsor 

Status: Full-Time  

Hours: Continental Midnights (1900-0700) 

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Job Description 

Working on assigned shifts, you will work full time shifts providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner. You should display excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance. In this role, it is essential that you are physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time. You will be driving and patrolling in a marked company patrol vehicle responding to all incidents as well as supervising contract security staff on sites.  

Requirements: 

-Must possess a valid G Class license with preferred driving experience of 3 years. 

-Must provide driver abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years. 

-Previous supervisory experience is an asset. 

-Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred. 

-Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act 

-Superior written and verbal communication skills

-Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy 

-High School Diploma/GED 

-COVID Double Vaccinated 

-Standard First Aid, CPR Level C 

-Valid Ontario Security License 

At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites: 

-Covid Vaccine  

-A Valid Ontario Security Guard License  

-Proficient in English (both oral and written) 

-Vulnerable Sector Check  

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement:  

-First Aid & CPR – Level C  

-Management of Aggressive Behavior 

-Use of Force

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid G Licence
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
