Job Skills / Requirements

Duties And Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Manager the Porters and Cleaners must be reliable and courteous professionals responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building and residential areas: apartments, lobbies, waiting rooms and bathrooms.
Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
Cleaning property common areas
Care for property owned maintenance equipment


Requirements:
Willing to work in a FREE SMOKE workplace. Good communication skills, bilingual (Spanish/English a plus) Available to work 1st and 2nd shifts (7 am to 3 pm and /or 3 pm to 11 pm) Experience cleaning apartments, hotels, residential and commercial buildings
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform a physical job. 
Have a "can do, whatever it takes" attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Have a professional appearance.
Prior Maintenance/Porter/Housekeeping experience preferred.
